This is a hands-on clinical and leadership role—ideal for a confident scrub/scout nurse ready to lead from the floor. You’ll be responsible for: Delivering and supporting exceptional patient-centred perioperative care Supervising and mentoring theatre staff Assisting with rostering, workflow, and resource coordination Driving quality, safety, and compliance standards in line with accreditation guidelines Acting as a clinical and operational support across all surgical specialties YOU'LL NEED: AHPRA Registration Eligibility to Work in Australia: Full working rights are required. Minimum 2 Years of Recent Experience in this role : Your extensive experience as a will allow you to bring confidence, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of ophthalmic procedures to the team Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills : You excel at staying calm, clear, and focused in high-pressure environments, ensuring seamless communication within the team and with patients.
